A small video displaying a bit of screen tearing within Diablo 3 using a Sapphire 7950.  Unfortunately the video capture doesn't represent what's shown on the monitor as it's much worse but if you look closely, you can see a bit of white horizontal lines going from top to bottom.  In the video you can JUST make them out but in front of the monitor, they are much more apparent.

The only other game I've noticed this in is Simcity.  The rest of my games play fine.

It turns out that I had to plug the monitor into a different power strip.  I have a Logitech X-530 speaker setup... which you most likely can hear in the video.. so far though, the problem is gone!  No more of that screen tearing or whatever was going on there.
