This being a peer-to-peer gaming forum, its unlikely you will get any meaningful response. You need to contact AMD.

Hello, My name is Edgar Ferreira from Arkavi Studios and we're having a bit of a serious issue here.

We're working on a title named Star Lords that uses an engine based on DirectX.

We've been having a serious problem regarding ATI graphic cards. It happens that if the player has a Windows Vista as OS with ATI as graphic card the game will just sit on the task manager (is if it were running) but doesn't do anything. It even consumes the amount of memory it probably would if it was playing.

The players say they have their drivers up to date and they have even tried compatibility modes and all sorts of things but nothing gets it done.

We've had a computer with these specs, where we could test this, and we even tried to compile the game there, which didn't solve a thing. We don't have that computer for the time being though.

We'd like to have any sort of support here since this is starting to be quite damaging, and everything we tried so far as not worked.

This is not the first time we try the help from AMD, but we never get any response.

Regards,

Edgar Ferreira
