I only have one video, I a*****gize for not bringing in more.
This is what happens to me and I am wondering what could be the cause. I have tried many things so far. I am not exactly sure if it's a graphic card issue but maybe some of you guys will know? I don't really have much time right now to seek replacement card for testing, especially since I live in Ireland with so little PC gaming...
Anyway, I will really appreciate any help because I have spent nearly 2000 Euro on my PC, and I am only a young person who is working part time, it took me months to fulfil my lifelong dream... That's not even performing as I would expect, sadly.

Update ver. of my mobo is E7845IMS V 1.7
Could it be caused by things like Intel turbo boost or smart connect which I can disable in Bios? I am really affraid of trying things out.
Cheers people. Please be plain and understanding. I am a technical illiterate :[
EDIT:This only happens when Bloom is on. When moving camera at a considerable distance from an object that is being affect by bloom - it flickers. Not all of them but many do.
