This game needs a help from GPU company...

I second this.

Running AMD setup

FX-8320 (4.7ghz stable OC)

16 gb RAM

2TB 10k HDD

Radeon R9 270x OCd

And im getting between 19 fps - 60 fps on Low/Medium settings  Depending on if i'm playing or staring at a wall  =/    That's with no one around.  Raiding, PvP, etc is gonna be a nightmare.  FPS drops like crazy.

From what i've heard it seems to be effecting AMD systems the most.   With my specs i should at least be getting 40-60 fps constant with those settings.   New driver support would be awesome guys!   <3

+1, same for me.

Nvidia users had the same performance but with their new drivers they have got 50fps or more constantly

Yup, and i know there is a lot of work to be done by Carbine as well.  But from experience, direct driver support can also make a world of difference!

Hint

*cough*

New catalyst drivers...

I really hope they (Carbine) can optimize their game for all of you that will be playing it.  Personally I think that should have been a top priority.  A game with that type of art style shouldn't run like a lame dog.

That said, best of luck to you all.

I'm getting 60 to 100 (game cap) fps in ESO on all Ultra.   And that's with a HD 7 series card.  Granted it's a beast of a card, but I know it's aging.  This isn't a game vs game jab.  Just sayin'.  They need to optimize their sh.

I know this isn't another thread about AMD needing to release drivers for another game which isn't released yet...

I'm also having issues.

FX-9590

Asus Crosshair V Formula-Z

32GB of Radeon Gamer 2133 RAM

Asus R9 290X DirectCU II OC

Game on ultra (minus the FXAA) and frames are great if I'm looking at nothing. Things get complex and they drop to 10-20fps.

Itching for at least the next beta drivers.

<--stockholder do eet!

Yup, i get 50-70 fps constant in ESO on Ultra.  So i know it's mostly an optimization that needs to come from Carbine cuz it is a little ridiculous.  3 days till live (headstart) - i doubt the team at Carbine is gonna make some drastic changes before then.   So hopefully our team of badasses at AMD can throw some love our way soon

So nVidia are capable of releasing drivers even though the game is not out yet, but amd can't? What difference does it make if the game isn't out for 2 weeks, clearly they are capable of making drivers for it......

The game is now in RC (Release Candidate build).

Everyone with AMD cards are reporting <35fps, while everyone with NV cards are reporting 60-120 (NV released optimizations in their latest beta drivers)

Quite a large crowd beginning to foam at the mouth already.

This game is slated to take off. If millions switch to NV cards because of FPS issues in this game, I won't be a very happy investor.

I also would like to complain about my situation regarding Wildstar,

Game isn't even launching at DirectX10 & 11 and having 10 to 20 FPS at DirectX9 with  Radeon HD7670M

I firmly believe that Carbine sucked at some point in the making and hoping for AMD has something to save us.

Esmea, owning one share of B stock doesn't mean jack. You must own thousands of A shares to be able to claim you are an investor.

ugh new 14.6 drivers out tomorrow....no mention of wildstar tho it has support for a different game that isn't out yet.  Wildstar headstart begins in 5 days...

Since it usually takes AMD awhile to put out drivers if these really don't have wildstar support i might bite the bullet and go Nvidia who had support over a week ago.

=/
