Im trying to play Saints Row IV but to make the game playable i need to play it in windowed mode at the lowest settings to get 25-30 FPS is there a way to fix IT? Am i missing some drivers or update ? 

 My Pc 

Asus AiO pc series

Processor: AMD A6-5350M APU with Radeon(tm) Graphics 2.90 GHz

Installed memory: (RAM) 4,00 GB (3.20 usable)

System: Windows 8 64bit Operating system, x64-based processor

 

Saints Row IV minimum Requiremants 

CPU: Any Quad Core Processor (Intel Core i5 or AMD Phenom II X4) or 3.0+ GHz Dual Core CPU
CPU Speed: Info
RAM: 4 GB
OS: Windows Vista (x86 or x64) with SP2
Video Card: 1GB Video RAM GPU w/ DirectX 11
Sound Card: Yes

Free Disk Space:

10 GB

I doubt you will get anything better without a dedicated graphics card.

You are also only running a dual core CPU.

Is there way to upgrade my AiO PC ? Like putting a better graphics card and maybe CPU ?

AiO runs on laptop hardware, so you can't replace anything in it. There is nothing you can do except get a new, more powerful system.

The only all-in-one's that ASUS sells with that CPU also have a A8-5550 option.  That's a quad-core part with a faster onboard GPU (significantly so).

The CPU clock speed is lower, but I doubt you'd be CPU-bound in many games.

So replacing the processor is a viable upgrade path, though don't expect miracles.  It will also likely be quite a challenge to get inside the device.
