Uninstall it from the control panel. If you can't do that, then use system restore. Then when you reinstall the drivers, use CUSTOM and uncheck AMD Gaming Evolved. Never use express installation on any program.

...He's SOOOOOO right on that.  NEVERRRR install any software from any vendor/company/developer using their "Express Installation" method.  With software that you're very familiar with and have installed before, it MAY be ok to perform an express installation, as you more than likely know what to expect.  Regardless, I would still err on the side of caution; even when installing software that I'm comfortable with and have grown to trust.  You just never know what they may try to slide in there on ya.  It's just overall good practice to always perform a "Custom Installation"(...given that it's an available option in the installer), as it's assumed that the end user has total control over what's being installed on their pc and where it's being installed.

It's not that easy to uninstall. You can use your control panel > uninstall a program to remove gaming evolved. Now you have to go into the registry and do a file search for raptr. There will be several to delete.

yep raptr/gaming evolved acts like, well it is in a way, a spyware app.

besides it doesnt get updated often enough. they one have 1 person doing updates and he's been on vacation for the last 3 months.
