We encourage everyone to register, and utilize the forum as a tool to try and resolve any issue, or answer any question.  Use the search feature first, and then create a thread if needed.  

The forum's How-TO & FAQs category is a great resource.  AMD's Support Hub is a great tool with links to knowledgebase articles and support videos too.

If you want to report a bug with a current driver, please use the corresponding forms.  However, be aware that the forms do close after a set period of time after a driver is released.  A new form is available when a new driver is released.

Windows Driver (WHQL): Issue Report Form 
Windows Driver (Beta): Issue Report Form
Linux Driver: Issue Report Form

I would suggest that you have the following information available before you call or write AMD.  They will ask/want this

  • Processors:
    • Type of processor (Ordering Part Number) e.g. "AMD A8-3850 APU" or "AD3850WNZ43GX" or "Intel I7-960"
    • Brand, model and revision of the motherboard including BIOS revision
    • Amount of RAM 
    • Brand and model of the power supply
    • Operating System
    • Detailed description of the problem

  • All other AMD products:
    • Manufacturer
    • Model
    • Driver Version
    • Operating System
    • Detailed description of the problem
