So while Gaming were talking the CPU temp sensor showing... 30C Surely that can't be right. My 965BE C2 was sitting in the mid 50's at 3.8ghz.

This 960T is @ 4.1 and I'm seeing.. 30C while gaming. 32 while stress testing.

25C while gaming and 30C if I set my Delta fan to full blast.. Which it always use to be till I bought this fan controller.. now its not a jet engine.. Only when i want it to be.

Coretemp is showing 30C.... Surely thats off by like 10 at least.. right?

If I set everything to default. The temps are even lower (obviously) but don't even pass like 25C...

I take it that is the CPU temp and not the core temp? AMD uses a formula and calculated offset value to determine CPU temp, and CPU temps aren't known to be exactly reliable...

I'm useing Coretemp 64.. Thats what I've always used to measure CPU temp. But yes its CPU temp.. not the actual core temps.

But coretemp has always given me pretty spot on readings with everything from my 9850BE to the C2Q Q6600 GO, My Athlon XP.. my 965BE..

Its just I don't trust these CPU temps at all on this 960T... At least the readings I'm being given.
