I have just upgraded my CPU and it's only showing 2 cores!

XFX MI-a78s-8209 Motherboard, AMD Phenom ii X4 910 2.6gHz

the BIOS shows 4 cores running 2.6gHz, but Vista and CPUA only show 2 cores. :/ not sure what the problem is

no BIOS updates available, but i'm downloading nForce drivers from xfx right now, see if that takes care of it.

oddly enough, or not so much, i don't know. i booted to XPPro and let it do automatic updates and rebooted and it sees all 4 cores.

vista is down to seeing only 1 core and is running like crap.

win7x64 is in the mail and will replace vista anyhow.
