I have a amd 1090T black edition six core processor my question is

on this summer We have in a flat 28-31 ° C ambient temperature witch hestsink is recommended for this, I have just the stock cooler and thats not enough  (system slowing down)....A 200W heatsink capacity Arctic Cooler Freezer 13 is enough or not ...?

Stock cooler should be OK, are you sure that it's not throttling because of BIOS settings etc ?

TDP for that CPU is 125W .. so whatever Arctic Cooling say are their suitable coolers for it ..
