i had the amd athlon 64 x2 2.6 and I just upgraded my cpu to amd phenom x4 2.2 9500. For some reason my computer runs much slower and my cpu temp is reading 59* cel idle. I should have a huge performance boost after the upgrade right? if anybody has any ideas why im loseing performance please reply

Well.. I don't know about a HUGE performance increase but you now have a CPU that's been chastised because of a extremely rare bug and the OS automatically cripples it.

You'll need to use the TLB disable tool to get full speed.

You should have stuck with what you had until you could afford to update the entire machine, especially if you were running them at stock speeds.
