I have AMD FX-8120 processor with box cooler.  Max temperature for this CPU is: 61 C degrees. My CPU in stress test in over that 61 C degrees.

Cooler at start have 2000RPM and in stress test is 5000RPM and temperature  63 C degrees.

Meybe do you know resolution of this problem? Warranty request?

Go find a 3rd party after market cooler. Lots of them out there that are 10x better than the factory model which is adequate for stock speeds and that is about it.

For one thing you are stress testing it, which is not reality. Secondly, are you even reading it correctly?
