anyone know the real temps on the apu cuz amd overdrive tells me at idle temp is 6 C and asus ai suite 2 tells me its 32 C and i tried to touch the heat pipes closest to the cpu and it didn't feel like 32 C so what program should i thrust ??????

First overdrive gets it temp reading from the cpu it self(core temp) and Asus AI suite gets its from a sencor behide the cpu/apu on the mother board(cpu temp)

Usally core temp is 5~10 degrees cooler than cpu temp so I would have to say overdrive is giving the wrong temp

Well yea if your temp reads 6°C you either have a processor which defies the laws of physics or a faulty sensor, or possibly an ice cooled water loop. I would advise you to get a program like ADIA (which is free) which monitors both socket and core temps if you are worried, but at 4.5ghz I would imagine you already have a beefy cooler such as the Corsair H100.
