hello, Can anyone give me some tips in regards overclocking an AMD FX 8CORE BLACK EDITION

I'd advise against overclocking. Why? Because that motherboard has a 760g chipset, which lacks the improved cooling as well as additional stability features of 790/890/990 based motherboards. And with your weak GTS 450, there is no need to overclock it.
