processor : fx8150

mother board : 990FXA-GD80

psu : cuagar 1200w

ram : 8gb

hdd : 320gb

the processor fan runs at 7200 rpm (my room sounds like a airport) in the starting i thought it is normal 
the OS i am running is Ubuntu on it and mainly using gimp and gaming 
i ran temp check all the board all the temp on the board r normal but i sensor reads 125 deg  
and since then it is off 
i wanted to post this before but did not get time 

not changed any settings in the bios 
and did not press the quick oc  button on the board (which i was tempted to do so )

is it fine or i have to send it for warranty

it is still in the same case 
the CPU block will be in end of Jan 

Could be a bad fan, or could be an overheating CPU. If you open your case, clear out any dust, and run the CPU fan at 100% through AMD OverDrive, does it still get to those temperatures? 125F (51C) is high, but not the limit for that CPU. Try the open-case, clearing the dust, and ramping the fan up to 100% to see if it's just a bad fan, or a bad CPU. If the case being off and fan at 100% takes care of it, look at your case ventilation instead of the CPU/fan as the potential cause.
