I was considering my options for 2013 and a few things have come to light. Obviously my GPU is getting on in age but I have several options available.

Been pundering the Asus M5A97 LE as a cheap upgrade.

Problem is that SSD prices are so low I have thought, why not.

Given recent performance, will the 970 be enough to keep up with 2-6 SSD drives? Given I will be using my Phenom II 965?
