Power Supply

I don't know what your slow at, but 350W, screams to me not enough amps. the GPU isn't much, but overall, the only thing that screams out to me that something is odd is, the power supply.

Again... your power supply. the CPU temp sounds high, very high, and that could be for a numer of reasons, the most viable is uneven power to the CPU, which... under-rated power supply. I'd go with a minimum of 500W, I'd recommned at least 600W. Not all about watts anymore, it's about amps.

I'm not familiar with the indian market availability, I know from past experience, you guys seem to be hit or miss on what may be available. Seasonic as mentioned, Thermaltake ToughPowers are good, Corsairs are good, andAntec Earthwatt series are good. I can't say with any certainty about enermax, but I almost always stick to the list above, hasn't treated me wrong yet.
