I'm looking to buy the AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb 3.4GHz Socket AM3 125W Quad-Core Processor.

My current motherboard is H57M01, the specs fro CPU-Z are screenshotted here. http://i.imgur.com/1awfRIk.png

I can't seem to find anywhere to see if this processor is compatible with my motherboard, but I want to upgrade from the i3 I have now.

No. You have an Intel 1156 mainboard. AMD will not fit.
