I have the AMD FX-4170, at stock speed (4.2GHz). I have been through 2 motherboards (MSI 760GM-E51 (FX)Asus M5A78L-M LX PLUS). Please help.

Specs:

AMD FX-4170 4.2GHz Quad-Core Processor

G.Skill Sniper 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory

Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

MSI GeForce GTX 650 1GB Video Card

Gigabyte GZ-F5HEB ATX Mid Tower Case

Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/ CD Writer Optical Drive

PowerStar Black ATX 12CM Fan 650W Silent Power Supply w/20-24pin SATA PCI-E Power Supply

Personly I wouldn't go with either of those boards I would spend a little more and look for something with the 970 chipset.

Asus's M5A97 R2.0 or Gigabyte GA-970A-D3 would be good choise's and both are under your $110 budget
