Hello, I have a problem with my AMD stock fan.  Briefly, here are my specs:

Processor: FX-8320

Motherboard: msi 760GM-P34

PSU: Corsair CX430M

My problem is that from the first boot onward, my stock fan has been running full speed, it sounds like a blow dryer.  I have checked my load and my temp, both are normal (2% and 42 C, respectively).  Regardless of the load, it runs at full speed.  I would expect a stock fan to be loud, but not act this way.  I would appreciate any help on this matter.
