So I have a FX-8350 CPU and through the task manager and CPU-Z, it says i oly have 4 cores and 4 threads while I have seen other CPU-Z screen caps of the same processor with the program recognizing all 8 cores and threads. How can I make use of all my CPU cores?

Edit:
I'm using a GA-990FXA-UD5 motherboard (http://www.gigabyte.us/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3891#bios) with BIOS update F12a

I have installed both Microsoft hotfixes that were recommended on other forums

When i built my PC about a year ago i had only 3 cores running out of the 4 i was supposed to have but i had to go into my bios and update that so the MB noticed them. Double check your BIOS Settings and see if there correct
