AMD Processors are pretty versatile when it comes to memory usage. Use the Memory QVL (Qualified Vendor List) for your motherboard (found in the Support section) for a list of supported memory, since we don't have a QVL for memory for our CPUs/APUs.

The main thing with AMD processors in terms of memory compatibility is the speed. The other stuff doesn't affect it as much, especially if you're using certified memory that is recommended by your motherboard manufacturer.

this is from Asrock motherboard site

"*1866/1800/1600MHz memory speed is supported depend on the AM3/AM3+ CPU you adopt. For detail CPU specification, please refer AMD official website."

So they can`t recomment suitable memory for different amd cpu/motherboard combination.

Might help if you tell everyone what you have.

The speeds will depend on the CPU to a degree (Phenoms were stable up to 1333MHz, FX's up to 1866MHz with 2 sticks or 1600MHz with 4 sticks, subject to certain other restrictions), but AsRock should have a Memory list on that page with a bunch of certified models, found in the column on the left side titled "Memory Support List". They're usually pretty good for that.
