Hello guys,

the following CPUs are shown on my distributors e-shops with this cache-amounts:

- FX 8350 16 MB L2
- FX 8320 16 MB L2
- FX 6350 8 MB L3
- FX 6300 14 MB L2

But the technical details on the AMD website, where i can compare the CPUs, are for the 8350, 8320, 6300 L1 0, L2 1024 (per core), L3 0.
So in all CPUs I miss 8 MB L3 and the L1.

If I compare 5 CPUs (same as above + FX6200), only the 6200 has 48  kb L1 (per core), 1024 L2 (per core) and 8192 L3.

Can anybody tell me, how the correct cache-sizes for the 3 CPUs above are ?

Thank you

My stats show this:

8350, 8320
Level 1 cache size 4 x 64 KB shared instruction caches
                              8 x 16 KB data caches
Level 2 cache size 4 x 2 MB shared exclusive caches
Level 3 cache size 8 MB shared cache

6350, 6300

Level 1 cache size 3 x 64 KB shared instruction caches
                              6 x 16 KB data caches
Level 2 cache size 3 x 2 MB shared exclusive caches
Level 3 cache size 8 MB shared cache

I find that "CPU World" has a lot more detailed information than AMD does.
For example at "CPU World" I found:

FX-6300
- Level 1 cache size = 3 x 64 KB shared instruction caches, 6 x 16 KB data caches
- Level 2 cache size = 3 x 2 MB shared exclusive caches
- Level 3 cache size = 8 MB shared cache

FX-6350
- Level 1 cache size = 3 x 64 KB shared instruction caches, 6 x 16 KB data caches
- Level 2 cache size = 3 x 2 MB shared exclusive caches
- Level 3 cache size = 8 MB shared cache

FX-8320
- Level 1 cache size = 4 x 64 KB shared instruction caches, 8 x 16 KB data caches
- Level 2 cache size = 4 x 2 MB shared exclusive caches
- Level 3 cache size = 8 MB shared cache

FX-8350
- Level 1 cache size = 4 x 64 KB shared instruction caches, 8 x 16 KB data cache
- Level 2 cache size = 4 x 2 MB shared exclusive caches
- Level 3 cache size = 8 MB shared cache

B. Show list of all AMD FX CPU

1. Go to "CPU World" main page
http://www.cpu-world.com

2. Under Modern CPUs click on "FX-Series" to the right of AMD

3. A list of all the AMD FX CPUs are shown

4. Optionally you narrow the list to the number of cores (4,6,or 8)

5. To see the specs on a particular CPU click on the link for it
For example clicking on the link "AMD FX-Series FX-6350 - FD6350FRW6KHK"
shows detailed specs for the AMD FX-6350 CPU

Thank you very much for all these informations.
I think the links will be helpful for further processor questions.

Best regards
