i`m trying to find  CPU temperature software thart shows AMD A4-5300

temperature, can anybody help.

I would say that all freeware what i found shows it wrong, nothing or not support Win 7.

Some comercial same too

ASRock should have their own software on the support disk, but there is also AIDA64.

Have you tried Core Temp? It is supposed to work with the AMD APUs.

You can use the Core Temp by itself or have it minimize to the tray so the optional Core Temp gadget can show the CPU temperature all the time.

None of the software including AMD Overdrive show accurate AMD CPU/APU temps below approx. 40C. The temps from ~40C-70C are very close however. AMD engineering has advised that the next iteration of AMD Overdrive will correct the temp readout error below 40C.


Building a reliable PC involves more than just assembling the parts. You need to be able to configure all of the BIOS settings appropriately. This can be quite involved and frustrating as it can require a lot of trial and error with stress testing. It is however often the only means to get a 100% reliable PC.
