Hi everybody,

I am looking for these information that I was completely unable to locate in the support documentation:

- Keep out zone around the socket and the CPU. (This is the geometrical dimensions where motherboard components cannot be placed to let some space free for the heat sink.)

- CPU Integrated stack up height, from top of the board to top of IHS. (This is the height of the CPU compared to the top of the motherboard.

I need that for the FM1, FM2, AM3/AM3+, AM2/AM2+ sockets.

These two information would enable me to know what is the suitable footprint of a new heat sink we are working on. We do not want it to be too big and unfitable in the motherboard. It would be too bad!

Does someone know where are located these stuffs?

Thank you very much!

Florent
