You can't change anything but you'll be surprised how many games you can play smoothly if you can live with medium settings for the video. Some games might require low settings and some will let you use high. A custom mix usually works the best.
For example, my HP laptop has lower specs and the canyourunit site says I can't play Crysis 3. I have the game and with the right settings it plays and looks pretty good. The reason the site says it won't run is that it requires 1gb of video RAM and the AMD APU only dedicates 512mb of system memory to graphics. It can , however, use more if needed and available. It can use up to 3gb. The site does not recognize laptop systems correctly.
