I bought A10-5800k since over 10 months ago. I've problem with it now and problem is I heared a alot noice from cpu cooler fan.I decided to change my cpu fan and i visited to some shop in our city and i didnt get cpu cooler fan. No one shop having the amd cpu fan. What should i do ? and where can i get it ?

You will not likely find just a replacement fan for the OE cooler as these are supplied only as a complete HSF to the CPU/APU manufacturer and are not available in retail.

There are quite a few socket FM2 coolers available but they might not all be available in India or the shops where you checked. The link below shows an assortmant of brands and coolers that fit socket FM2 according to their manufacturers. Perhaps you can find one of these models in your area?
