Is 4240 the overall score? Can you break it down into the different categories?

Using my

  • Phenom II x6 1090T @ 4.1GHz, HT (rated FSB) @ 2000MHz, CPU-NB @ 3000MHz (stock is 2000MHz)
  • HD 7970 @ stock 925 / 1375
  • RAM @ 1600MHz 9-9-9-24-1T 1.5V

I was getting:

  • Overall Score: 6301
  • Graphics Score: 7022
  • Physics Score: 8816
  • Combined Score: 2861

 

Using:

  • FX-8350 @ stock 4GHz,  HT @ 2200MHz (stock), CPU-NB @ 2600MHz (stock)
  • HD 7970 @ 925 / 1375
  • RAM @ 1600MHz 9-9-9-24-1T 1.5V

I am getting:

  • Overall Score: 6168
  • Graphics Score: 7069
  • Physics Score: 7824
  • Combined Score: 2714

dmcturnan, you overclocking cpu and gpu with a 450 watt powersupply... you know to do that with your build i would suggest at least 600 watts to be safe and stable.

I'd like to post mine, but after wasting 15 minutes downloading a 961MB installer and another 15 minutes or so running the thing, it won't connect to the server, so I can't view my results, and you can't see your results offline unless you pay $24.95 for the professional version. What a joke...

Graphics 167,731 !???

phiysics 36,803

both cpu and gpu are running at stock speeds

Are you sure those are Fire Strike results? Those numbers look awfully similar to Ice Storm results.

Ice Storm results:

  • Graphics Score: 191,467
  • Physics Score: 42,434
