I am new to the forum and inexperienced with PC builds and now my upgrades of a PC I had built last year have turned into epic saga some of which is not working out very well-)
I put an AMD-F8350 processor and Gigabytes GA-970 motherboard together and at first things were fine but now the pc started to shut down when I tried to play games and the pc is too hot even on idle.
the build aside from the aformentioned processor and motherboard is as follows.
I upgraded my NVidia 650Ti to the GeForce 770 and added Samsung 250GB SSD 840 EVO – SSD
My techie told me to leave the pc case and PSU but something is going wrong and my guess is a crap PSU despite it being 800W as the make does have bad reviews on line
