Ok.

I would try a full windows reformat using different VGA card and different RAM if possible.

I'm still not convinced it is a CPU problem. My money is on VGA/RAM or PSU issue. You already said you tried another motherboard..

Cheers

k I'll get back to here after it get back from the RMA to let you know what ever happens either way. But the other system had differnt setup and windows was already reinstalled backup system just got past windows security updates and nothing more and main was refomated to test just this.

Backup
System spec's

Ram: OCZ Reaper Edition 8GB (x2 16 gig's)

Video Card: GTS 450 (had removed the Asus GTX 680 as main for this test to use and GTS 450 that was just a phyx card to only main)

PSU: Cooler Master Extreme Power Plus - 600W Power Supply

Motherboard: ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0

Main HD: ADATA S596 Turbo SSD

CPU: (Before I pulled it to test the 9590 in it was the 8350)

Main System

Ram: G.SKILL Trident X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) (x2 for 32 GB)

Video Card: EVGA 04G-P4-2686-KR GeForce GTX 680 x2 sli

PSU: CORSAIR AXi series AX1200i 1200W

Motherboard: ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX/GEN3 R2.0

Main HD: Plextor M3 Series PX-128M3 SSD

So only thing kept the same was the processor between the 2 systems and same result. Although they both have the H80i Corsair water coolor

Just got the RMAed processor back ran one pass of windows Experance Index with before settings and it made it all the way though without Crashing or freezing. So as of "now" seems the processor was defective.
