Hello,

Topic says everything

4 Cores everytginh's perfect, 6 cores Bluescreen.

Bios, Drivers and so on are updated. MB is Asus M5A78LMX.

I heard that you have to change NB VID, but

A) is it true

B) Do I loose the warranty if I do it

C) Just adjust the NB VID in AMD OVerDrive?

I hope you can help me

If i boot the PC with 6 cores activated it crashes with a Bluexcreen. If I enable 4 cores or less everything works perfect. Like I said already I've heard that you have to adjust the NB VID but i'm not sure if this is right so i'm asking here

bequiet Straight Power E9 with 700W

http://www.arlt.com/Hardware/PC-Komponenten/Netzteile/be-quiet-Straight-Power-E9-700W.html

The issue happens with 6 cores at loading the Windows 7 Desktop.

No overclocking has benn done yet.

Motherboard BIOS Version
- the BIOS version is displayed as soon as your system is powered on (ex: ASUS BIOS 1015)

System Memory Type & Amount
4 GB DDR3-Ram (DRAM Frequency: 669.6 MHz, NB Frequency: 2008.8 MHz)
Additional Hardware
