Let me know how that works out for you!

You are an idiot, and an actual moderator should lock this thread soon.

It's rather funny considering they were only binned and guaranteed to run at 4.7 Ghz anyways. There is nothing that states they will OC any more than that.

It's funny Earnhardt how he both admits and denies that fact.

On a serious note os2wiz,

This is where you started this battle..

Who was it that said "there's a report this to a moderator option" that's easier to use?

I have a moral compass, but i've also been taught to not believe everything i hear...  or read for that matter.

You are delusional buddy...   take a chill pill and relax...

I suggest that you address your personal issues as no one can help you with your current false beliefs.

To help you understand what you get when you buy an FX-9590 vs. an FX-8350, with the FX-9590 you get a factory overclocked CPU with a 4.7 GHz. base frequency (vs. 4.0 GHz. in the FX-8350) and a three year warranty - as long as you don't overclock the FX-9590. Overclocking the FX-8350 like all AMD CPUs voids the warranty. So if you want a CPU with a high default frequency of 4.7 GHz. and a warranty - the FX-9590 is the CPU.

There is absolutely NO GUARANTEE on any CPU/APU, RAM or GPU as to how high it will OC. Your FX-9590 exceeds the advertised specs and thus you have gotten more than you paid for. You need to accept that your FX-9590 assumptions were wrong and move on because you're not going to get any support for your false beliefs and complaining isn't going to change anything. As far as ethics and morals are concerned, demanding even more than what you paid for is pretty unethical.

Have a nice day and enjoy your FX-9590. It's a good CPU.
