I have a motherboard MSI A75A-G55. Can somehow enable IOMMU for chipset? In the setting of the BIOS is no such option. Maybe there is a pilot with the option BIOS IOMMU?

You should make sure that you are on the newest BIOS/UEFI for your motherboard.  If it is not in there on the newest version you most likely won't be able to, but you could always ask MSI support dept whether or not they would consider adding IOMMU support for the next BIOS/UEFI version release.

FYI, AMD is not responsible for MSI's BIOS/UEFI releases.
