charest2394 Grinding Levels Posts: 127 Joined: 01/23/2010	In the moment I have configure My bios for SATA 1-4 (RAID) and SATA 5-6 (IDE) because he doesn't have the choice for choose AHCI for SATA 5-6. IN the moment I have installed my windows on my SSD connected to SATA 5 (IDE) and in my OS I have the RAID 0. QB the Slayer Grinding Levels Posts: 116 Joined: 11/27/2012	Only if you have more SATA ports other than the AMD ports. My board has 2 extra ports on a Marvell chipset... It is far better to have the SSD as a single disk in RAID than IDE.
