IN the moment I have installed my windows on my SSD connected to SATA 5 (IDE) and in my OS I have the RAID 0. But is it possible to configurer my SSD in AHCI and Keep my RAID 0 ?

Only if you have more SATA ports other than the AMD ports.  My board has 2 extra ports on a Marvell chipset...  It is far better to have the SSD as a single disk in RAID than IDE.  I used to have to do the Single Disk in RAID for my SSD...  that is until I got a second and then RAIDed those

you can not change to RAID after an install....  you need to do a fresh install of windows.
