hey guys, I've got an ATI mobility Radeon 5870m when I try to install any catalyst it doesn't work, and when I try to upgrde the driver, it says that an AMD hardware...any solutions please ??

I have an msi GX740 with an i5-430M, ATI Radeon 5870m 1Gb, win 7 64bit, 4Gb RAM DDR3 and everythinf else works just fine a part from the fact that I can't install any version of catalyst !!!!

It simply sounds like the verification tool is failing to detect compatible hardware.  The above article will explain to you that unfortunately, the drivers AMD has are not compatible.  You need to use the driver that MSI provides to you on their support/download site.

i have the latest driver compatible with my card but, I couldn't install catalyst that's my problem !!!! the graphic card works fine !!!
