I cannot update my drivers - each time i try installing new drivers along with the CCC (currently trying to install - 12-8_mobility_vista_win7_win8_64) i get an error saying the INF file was not found, and the video drivers ALWAYS fail to install. 

   To inform you - yes i have tried wiping the drivers in all possible methods then trying to install - no success.
   I tried wiping the drivers and trying to install it through the device manager - no success, it still gives me an error though a different one since its not the ATI install manager installing it.
   I tried system restore where i made some changes to the system - no success.
   I tried installing old driver versions - no success.

   A lot of people are having this problem as i googled it and none of them find a solution, i am surprisetd how AMD aint doing anything about it.

ADD: My notebook has ATI Radeon HD 5650 Mobile

AMD Catalyst Driver Version, and Driver History 
Currently -default VGA drivers since i cannot install any. History goes with the driver updates since around ~10.x

Operating System
Windows 7 x64 Service pack 1

Issue Details 
Video drivers do not install, pops an error message saying the INF file was not found.

Just a stab in the dark....Did you use Driver Sweeper from Guru 3D? If you did, let us know. The issues are different.

I have, i used a few different cleaners. Atiman too.

This is pretty much what happens ( i ran it through cmd )

Well that is part of the problem. Why Guru 3D doesn't remove that...I guess nobody's /in charge/cares. Guru's site is always on the top of a Google search and it offers a 1-2 year old flawed application. The one with the most posts on fixing that is fretboard...but I am still looking for the posts. There is a fix...short of reformat.
