Issue Details
When AMD VISION Engine Control Center starts up, it freezes the computer if the computer is just booting up(If it loads on startup). Also whenever I try to play league of legends with this program installed(running or not) it freezes the computer. The only way to start this program is to use control alt delete to stop its process as soon as it appears, and then start it after the computer has finished doing all its startup tasks. Even then it almost causes a freeze(graphics get really choppy, even moving the mouse is hard. But it recovers and opens).

umm I use the monitor attached to the laptop sometimes I use my TV with an HDMI cable

Its not the hardware because computer runs absolutely fine without this program installed. Only thing is if this program isnt installed HDMI cuts off the edges of my screen when I use HDMI cable to watch computer on TV.

I have checked and made sure computer is using .net 4 framework. Uninstalling this program until I get a reply, because its making the computer so unstable.

why would the manufacturer be responsible for this?
