I have a Samsung r540 specs are:

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU M 370 @ 2.40GHz 4.9


Memory (RAM) 3.00 GB 5.5
Graphics Intel(R) HD Graphics 4.2
Gaming graphics 1274 MB Total available graphics memory 5.2
Primary hard disk 210GB Free (298GB Total) 5.9

So my laptop has a intel hd graphics card;

what i want is a laptop with a amd radeon graphics card or can i send this 1 off to get 1 installed?
