Hello, I have problem to download a newer driver to my HD5650M Graphic card (Notebook,Laptop)  and this ***** isn't working:

There is a note:

Installing new drivers:

If you have to, or want to, uninstall the old driver software this is a proven method.

 
Note: Any driver newer than 12.8 requires .net 4 or newer to be installed. Please read

The following is a proven method for a 'clean' install of new drivers
 
1. Uninstall old drivers using computer 'uninstall a program' in the computer control panel. You will see "AMD install manager"..click it and choose ' express uninstall all    AMD software including the install manager.
2. Reboot
3. Run Driver Sweeper http://www.techspot.com/downloads/4266-driver-sweeper.html . Select AMD graphics and delete all it finds.
4. Reboot
5. Download the correct driver suite from AMD (do not use auto-detect) and install. http://support.amd.com/us/Pages/AMDSupportHub.aspx
6. Reboot
 
Certain laptop drivers and all 'switchable' graphics cannot use this method. Please read:

How I can download the correct driver when driver on site do not exist ?

If they CANNOT be updated from the AMD site then they WILL NOT BE. Since you are having such a hard time understanding..let me guess: Do you have one of these?

The following notebooks are not compatible with this tool:
Notebooks equipped with switchable graphics

• Toshiba® notebooks
• Sony® VAIO® notebooks
• Panasonic® notebooks

IF the verification tool says you have incompatible drivers...then you must go to your laptop manufacturers website and download drivers from them.

But why don't understand our! Sony is a big company, they make some premium quality notebook around the world.
I think amd prefers the more sucess manufacturers for example: Acer, HP and ect. I do not understand why do this...
This is just too disgusting marketing at all.
