I am trying to find out if I can upgrade my grahpics card in my laptop.

HP Pavilion dm4t customizable Notebook PC

  •  Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
  •  Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-640M Dual Core Processor (2.8 GHz, 4MB L3 Cache) with Turbo Boost up to 3.46GHz
  •  512MB ATI Mobility Radeon(TM) HD 5470 switchable graphics [HDMI, VGA]
  •  FREE Upgrade to 6GB DDR3 System Memory (2 Dimm)

Is my current graphics card replaceable? If it is what is my laptop compatible with, is it something I can do at home? How do I find out what amd card is compatible?
