My graphics card is an HD mobility 5850

I'm running Windows 7-64bit with 4 gigs of ram,  and an i5 2450M processor.

The laptop is an MSI GX640 for a more detailed reference.

 

Anyways the problem I'm having is that when I try to download the catalyst 13.1 drivers (I'm on 12.8 right now) when I get to the point where I save the drivers to a directory I get an error message saying "AMD Catalyst Mobility download is cancelled". What do?

Are you trying to change the directory? Have you tried this > http://forums.amd.com/game/messageview.cfm?catid=444&threadid=162444&enterthread=y

I've resolved the issue by choosing the "Videos" directory.

Thanks stumped.

Why did you change directories? Not a good idea.
