Hi, I've just downloaded the new 13.1 driver for my HD Mobility radeon 5650 but everytime I load up my laptop after the Windows logo the lower part of the screen seems to flash static/grey. It then logs me in as normally and nothing else seems wrong, I was just wondering if anyone knows why it flashes static/grey and if it damaging the laptop or something? Thanks

My laptop is a Dell Inspiron 15 Intel N5010 and I'm running windows 7 64 bit. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver but the same problem keeps happening. Thanks
