Not done properly decline for almost a year due to performance enduro DX9 game.  

Attach the screenshot below. using the latest intel, amd 13.1 whql driver. test program: msi kombuster (dx9, 10,11), HWiNFO (monitoring)

dx10, 11 dynamic output when the problem is not.

But dx9 incredibly dynamic output when the beat bumps, less than the maximum clock of 850mhz.

amd notebook manufacturers blame? Or technical issues? And waits for the answer.
