So I just bought a laptop which had AMD Radeon HD 7670m. However, I noticed that the computer had 2 graphics cards. One is the integrated Intel HD 4000 graphics card and my computer appears to be using that one. I tried a lot of things to switch, but I unfortunately couldn't. So is there any chance my computer could be using both graphics cards at the same time but only Intel shows up? The sad part is, I took a few tests on some sites such as Can You Run It? for DayZ. I passed every single one, except for the graphics card part. It says I have Intel 4000 HD and AMD Radeon 7670m is able to play DayZ smoothly as far as I know. Thanks for the upcoming help everyone

Here's the picture of the test:

This forum has a laptop section....for asking questions about your laptop. People who have laptops and could maybe offer some assistance check in there. The laptop forum has hundreds of posts just like yours..try reading some. You will find that switchable graphics drivers are  not supported by AMD. The stickys tell you that. You need to go to your laptop manufacturers support website and use their drivers and ask them how to use the switchable graphics for your particular model.

Welcome to the forum Dogukan,

I understand your confusion about the switchable graphics, websites such as “Can You Run It” will not recognize your graphics card because its not in use. The 7670m I believe uses the same Enduro technology as my 7970m. What I recommend is looking up your graphics card desktop equivalent so you can compare game requirements without the aid of “Can You Run It”. Your card is about 4% better than a Radeon HD 5570, so use that as reference. When it comes to drivers don’t worry about updating the Intel HD 4000 just update your AMD 7670m.

Thought.  I have an HP Envy 2xxx model with the Radeon HD 6850M.  When I run benchmark tests like 3DMark 11 and Unigine Valley or Heaven...they all three report the Intel 3000 chip as the primary in the system, even though I rarely run it.  However, they run the tests and at the conclusion, the 6800 Series DOES show up.  Mind you the differences between your system and mine is that the Intel 3000 only does DX10 where the 4000 does DX11.  Are you sure that the 7670M is properly detected.  Most of this software wasn't designed for switchable graphics
