Hello,

So Strange things are happeing here, i have installed "AMD_Catalyst_13.6_Mobility_Beta2" drivers for my AMD Radeon HD 7730M it work flawlessly on my DELL Inspirion 7520 SE with Windows 8 single language, everything works great even Switchable Graphics

Then after nearly a day, the screen goes black and when I restert the pc, I got a message saying "Catalyst Control Center: Host application has stopped working" and it never works unless i Uninstall and Reinstall the Drivers, But i want a Permanent way to fix that bug, I won't waste an hour everyday to fix that thing

and the drivers from DELL, are completly useless

this is my laptop specification

Model : DELL Inspirion 7520 SE

CPU : Intel Core I7 3632 QM

GPU : AMD Radeon HD 7730M, Intel HD Graphics 4000 "Switchable Graphics"

Windows : Windows 8 OEM Single Language

Drivers version : AMD_Catalyst_13.6_Mobility_Beta2

Hope u guys have a fix for that

Thanks

AMD only offers generic drivers. Switchable graphics offered by some laptop manufacturers customize the drivers for use in their machines. As the sticky says at the top of this forum..the AMD generic drivers will not work. Either use the latest drivers offered at Dell for your model, or use the Leshcat modded drivers..a link to which is posted in this forum.

Yes, Leshcat is great. Remember that the next time you feel a urge to update. Setting Windows TDR may fix that not reponding issue for you...the How-to and FAQ has a post on how to do it.
