I have a new WIN 8 machine that is upgraded to win 8.1.  I have downloaded the 13.11 V8 beta and attempted to install it.  It puts all the files out, but when I checked the properties of the driver they were still from 9/10 (version 13.15.152.1.1000)and were not the right version.

I then proceeded to remove the drivers completely and now I cannot get any driver to install.  I am stuck on the Microsoft basic adapter.  I have BF4 and I cannot play it at all.  Something is not getting installed preoperly on the machine and I cannot figure it out.

So I guess I will say where I am now.  I have run an updater program on my Samsung and it updated the driver to a version from 10/8 (ver 13.15.152.1.8000) but it too is NOT the beta version that was released on 10/30.  I still have RSOD when I attempt to play BF4.  Is there anyone out there who can tell me why the install from AMD will not install on my computer.

Yes...I think I can. Your all-in-one is basically a laptop. Read the sticky "Installing Mobility Drivers" in the laptop forum. How are you trying to install the AMD drivers? Where and what are you downloading? Give me a link. Do you have a option to use either the IGP or the AMD graphics?

I went back to the AMD support site and downloaded the beta graphic drivers for the notebooks.  This seems to have cured the problem.  Thanks
