Hello! I bought a Samsung PC with this especifications:

Graphic card: AMD Radeon HD 8800M Series (8850 version)

AMD Catalyst driver version: 13.152-130830a-162203C-ATI

System model: ATIV Book 6 - 670Z5E-XD1 (it's a brazilian version, so it might have a different especification)

Power supply: Ok, I don't know how to check that... But this is the page that I bought it: http://www.submarino.com.br/produto/113852015/notebook-samsung-ativ-book-6-com-intel-core-i5-8gb-1tb-2gb-de-memoria-dedicada-led-15-6-windows-8  (I'm sorry, it's in portuguese >.<

CPU: intel core i5

BIOS (SMBIOS): 2.7

I'm not sure if enough information was provided, but you may ask if needed.

This is what happened: As soon as I got this laptop, I was eager to test some games. After inumerous updates, I finally got to test them. I set the graphic card as best performace for games, and booted up Assassin's Creed Revelations. The game loads for a bit, I even control Ezio on the loading screen, but as soon as the game loads, the computer turns off. Later, I found out that this happens with every game. I tested a lot of them, even though it's slow to download them from steam. So, I tried contacting Samsung Brazil, but they always say that there is no problem with my laptop, even though I showed them what happens everytime I try to play a game. I even recorded a video to show them, but I won't post here because it's in portuguese. I have everything updated! I tried to search for a similar problem on the internet, but everybody said it was overheating. I don't think it is, as this computer is brand new, and the fan works fine. It's really cold where I live (yes, it is! Even here, in Brazil... ._.), so it's not a problem. I really hope it's a software problem, so I won't have to send back my laptop to samsung for the third time! I'm really tired of this, I had to wait on phone for hours. Thanks for your support!

Its not a software problem. Catalyst control center does not just "Turn off" your computer. and nor will your video card.

Samsung laptops are garbage anyways. I'd get my money back if i were you.

But do you have any idea what might be the problem? Maybe it's possible to fix it without Samsung help...
