So, I had prior issues updating, and had to do a full system resore, and this time, I made a restore point before updating. Upon updating, I lost access to the AMD VISION Engine Control Center and two of my USB ports. And the update didn't even upgrade the drivers. I even started with the bios upgrade, too. :/ I'm at a complete loss. Can I just never update my laptop's drivers or am I doing something wrong?

Little info:

System Model HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC
System Type x64-based PC
Processor AMD A6-3420M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics, 1500 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)

I've read that twice, and I didn't see anything that would help me.

Ok...do you have a choice what graphics to use when you are playing? Give us the exact model of your laptop...not just Pavillion DV6.

What is the model number of your computer...look on the bottom of the laptop. The Pavillion DV6 could be several different models. And answer the question.."Can you select which graphics to use?
