I have installed the latest mobility 13.12 drivers for my notebook with radeon HD 7730m but for sone reason after rebooting the system after installation, I keep getting a pop up stating that I have the wrong drivers installed. Can you please tell me what I need to do to fix this problem? I read the product compability release notes and my 7730m should be compatible. Thanks

What is your laptop make and model? When in device manager, does it show the AMD graphics as being installed with no yellow exclamation point? Does your laptop have the 'Enduro' or 'switchable' graphics set-up? Also, have you read "Installing Mobility Drivers'' ?

I have Dell Inspiron 15R too. AMD Radeon 8730M. Windows 8.1 64-bit.

Are you try to install mobility catalyst? May be you using catalyst for desktops?

Catalyst Mobility 13-12 WHQL, direct link:

I managed to install 13.11 beta 9.5 drivers after a a long time messing with drivers and registry.

Link : http://www2.ati.com/drivers/beta/amd_catalyst_13.11_mobility_betav9.5.exe

Method :

1. Uninstall Intel 4000 Graphics driver from Device Manager.

2. Uninstall Radeon HD7***/HD8*** drivers from control panel(use AMD Install Mangaer to express uninstall all AMD drivers and components)

3. Go to Start button and search for regedit. Open and find the following key entries

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Intel/Display

HKEY_CURRENT_User/Software/Intel/Display

HKEY_CURRENT_User/Software/Intel/ICC/Applications/Intel Graphics Driver

DELETE those entries.

4. Reboot

5. Install Intel latest drivers from their driver support page(drivers must be latest in order for new AMD Drivers to work)

6. Install latest AMD drivers(13.11 Beta 9.5)

Hope this helps
